About the founder

I learned systems in places where “it fell through the cracks” isn't an acceptable sentence.

Chapter one · U.S. Air Force

Ten years moving things that could not afford to be late.

Air Force logistics is a decade-long masterclass in one idea: the mission doesn't care how organized you feel. Parts, people, and equipment either arrive where they're needed or they don't, and every failure traces back to a process that relied on someone remembering something.

That's where I stopped trusting memory and started trusting systems. Checklists, handoffs, redundancy. Not because they're elegant, but because they work when people are tired, and people are always tired.

Chapter two · Level I trauma OR

Where a missed step costs more than money.

As a surgical technologist in a Level I trauma center, I stood in rooms where the system had seconds to work. Every instrument counted, every count verified, every handoff explicit. Nobody in an OR says “I'll probably remember.” The process is the safety net, and it's built before the emergency, not during it.

Later I ran a surgical technology program, which taught me the other half: a system only survives if you can teach it. If it lives in one person's head, it isn't a system. It's a risk.

Chapter three · Economic development

Then I watched small businesses run without any of that.

Working in economic development, I sat with owners who were brilliant at their trade and drowning in everything around it. Leads answered a day late. Invoices chased by hand. The whole operation held together by the memory of whoever's been there longest.

The gap was obvious. These businesses didn't need more hustle or a prettier website. They needed the thing the military and the OR have always had: systems that hold when nobody's watching.

Now · Soulwire Studio

Calm systems, because I've worked where chaos isn't an option.

Soulwire Studio is that background pointed at your business. I map where your time actually goes, wire the tools you already use into one system, and build the guardrails in from day one: failure handling, escalation paths, a human in the loop where it matters.

No hype, no glowing robots, no “revolutionary AI.” Educate before selling, honest labels on every number, and math you can check. Systems with soul.

What we believe

The rules this studio runs on.

01

Business outcomes first

Websites are never the starting point. We fix the system behind the busywork, then the website has something real to point to.

02

Honest numbers only

Client results are labeled as client results. Concept builds are labeled as concept builds. We'd rather show a smaller true number than a bigger invented one.

03

AI narrates, it doesn't improvise

Customer-facing AI runs on deterministic rules and approved data. Where real judgment is needed, the system escalates to a human instead of guessing.

04

You own the system

Documented, handed off, yours. If we disappeared tomorrow, your automation keeps running and your team knows how it works.

Work with us

Bring me the thing that keeps falling through the cracks.
